Interest Group on Migration and Refugee Law – Programme pre-annual conference workshop
In the context of ESIL’s annual meeting to take place in Stockholm in September 2021, the Interest Group on Migration and Refugee Law and the Interest Group on International Criminal Justice are organizing a workshop on ‘The Evolution of the Principle of Non-Refoulement in International Law: What Role for New Types of International Law-Making?’.
