ABOUT THE EVENT
This webinar examines the legal implications of the International Court of Justice’s 2024 Advisory Opinion for the European Union.
The event will focus on the Expert Legal Opinion on the Implications for the European Union of the July 2024 International Court of Justice Advisory Opinion regarding the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory by Professors Gleider Hernández and Ramses A. Wessel. The discussion will explore the EU’s obligations under international law in relation to occupied territories and the potential consequences for EU policy and action.
