Expert Meeting | “Is International Disaster Law Protecting Us?”
The Yearbook of International Disaster Law (Brill), in cooperation with the Disaster Law Interest Group of the American Society of International Law and the Jean Monnet Project ‘Disseminating Disaster Law for Europe’ organizes an expert meeting on ‘Is International Disaster Law Protecting Us?’ held on a hybrid manner on Monday 4 October and Tuesday, 5 October 2021.
Panels address potential reforms of the international health law system, UN CCC CoP 26, sea-level rise and climate change law, and emerging/neglected questions of international disaster law.
