The Interest Group on Human Rights of the European Society of International Law and the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV) will host an online discussion between Prof Pierre Thielbörger and Visiting International Prof Alena Douhan. Prof Douhan will be speaking about her role as UN Special Rapporteur on negative impacts of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights and will be speaking shortly after returning from a country visit to Venezuela. The talk will be held Tuesday 23 February 2021, 17:00-18:00 CET.
