Call for Papers | Conference on Global Crisis and Global Legal Orders – What should we now discuss for the Future of Global Legal Ordering?

The Global Constitutionalism Study Group and the Institute of Comparative Law, Waseda University, are organizing a conference on Global Crisis and Global Legal Orders: “What should we now discuss for the Future of Global Legal Ordering?”, in a hybrid format.

The following issues are for discussion:

  1. Peace, Climate Change, Global Inequality, and Global Legal Ordering
  2. Domestic Constitutionalism and International Society
  3. Nation-states, nationalism, and constitutionalism

The conference will take place on 1-2 March 2023 in a hybrid format (Tokyo, Japan and online).
