ESIL Reflections
‘ESIL Reflections’ offre une analyse périodique de l’actualité et de la pratique du droit international, ainsi que de développements récents dans la doctrine et la théorie du droit international. Cette publication électronique traite de sujets variés dans un langage accessible aux non-experts, l’objectif étant de stimuler le débat entre membres de la SEDI, experts et praticiens du droit international, en Europe et au-delà. Les ‘ESIL Reflections’ sont publiées sur le site de la SEDI et sont distribuées gratuitement aux membres de la Société.
Les ‘ESIL Reflections’ sont des articles courts (3000-4000 mots) qui visent à développer un point en particulier et déclencher un débat plus poussé au sein de la communauté scientifique. L’usage répété des références est à éviter et doit être limité aux citations et aux œuvres récentes ou moins bien connues.
Les éditeurs sont Patrycja Grzebyk (éditrice en chef), Lucas Lixinski, Alina Miron, Anne Saab et Peter-Tobias Stoll. Les membres de la SEDI souhaitant contribuer aux ‘Reflections’ sont invités à envoyer leurs suggestions à Patrycja Grzebyk (patrycja.grzebyk@uw.edu.pl).
La copie et la reproduction d’une ‘ESIL Reflection’ sont autorisées à condition de mentionner dûment sa provenance.
