ESIL – European Court of Human Rights Conference
The European Convention on Human Rights
and the Crimes of the Past
A one-day conference entitled The European Convention on Human Rights and the Crimes of the Past was organized jointly by the European Court of Human Rights and the European Society for International Law. The conference took place on Friday 26 February 2016 at the premises of the Court in Strasbourg. The programme included presentations by judges from the European Court of Human Rights, as well as international law scholars.
