La 12ème Conférence annuelle de la SEDI s'est tenue à Riga du jeudi 8 au samedi 10 septembre 2016.
La Conférence a été organisée par la faculté de droit de Riga (Riga Graduate School of Law) en collaboration avec la Cour constitutionnelle de Lettonie.
