The Gabčíkovo-Nagymaros Judgment and its Contribution to the Development of International Law
The Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva and the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara organise a joint seminar on The Gabčíkovo-Nagymaros Judgment and its Contribution to the Development of International Law.
In the year of the judgment’s twentieth anniversary, the seminar aims at reassessing the way in which the case was managed, including as regards the post-judgment phase, and exploring the judgment’s impact on the Law of Sustainable Development, the Law of Treaties and the Law of International Responsibility.

The seminar will take place at the University of Ferrara on 6/7 December 2017.
