The National University “Odessa Law Academy” in cooperation with the South Regional Center of National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and the Committee on Justice of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will host an international scientific conference on  “Ensuring the effective execution of judgments and implementation of practice of the European Court of Human Rights” on September 15, 2012.

The Conference will explore the following themes:

– current problems of reforming the European system of human rights protection;

– impact of structural and systemic deficiencies of legal systems of States Parties to the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on executing the judgments and implementation of practice of European Court of Human Rights;

– ensuring the effective executing of judgments of European Court of Human Rights;

– ensuring the effective implementation of practice of European Court of Human Rights.
