The CERSA, Research Centre of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, organises a series of seminars on select topics in international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement. International investment law and investor-state dispute settlement are undergoing rapid evolution and change. International investment law is facing some of the biggest challenges in its history and it is the object of various reform efforts.
