Transnational Judicial Dialogue: Concept, Method, Extent and Effects

The ERC project ‘MultiRights’, the ECRP project ‘International Law through the National Prism: the Impact of Judicial Dialogue’ and the Norwegian Centre of Excellence ‘PluriCourts’ host a conference on ‘Transnational Judicial Dialogue: Concept, Method, Extent and Effects’. In addition to the presentation of selected academic papers, roundtable discussions with national and European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) judges will be held covering the actual practice of several domestic courts and the ECtHR. This conference also marks the third year of the MultiRights project’s activities.
