ESIL-supported International Conference | “Irregular migrations in Europe – a perspective from the sea basins”
On Friday, 22 October 22, the International Conference “Irregular Migrations in Europe: A Perspective from the Sea Basins” will take place at the University Institute for European Studies within the University of A Coruña (Spain).
It will be organized as a hybrid conference in the framework of the Jean Monnet Network “Migration and Asylum Policies Systems” (MAPS; https://www.mapsnetwork.eu/). The speakers will be sixteen professors and researchers from eleven Universities within eight different European countries. The topics to be discussed during the Conference will be either on the issue of irregular migrations in a specific sea or subsea basin (Eastern, Central and Western Mediterranean, Black Sea, Gibraltar, Atlantic Ocean, etc.) or on cross-cutting issues.
