Hélène Ruiz Fabri (Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law), Stephan Schill (University of Amsterdam), and Sandrine Maljean-Dubois (Aix-Marseille University) would like to announce a Call for Papers for a Special Issue of The Journal of World Investment & Trade on ‘International Investment Law and Climate Change’.

Interested authors should submit extended abstracts by 15 June 2021 by email to <jwit@mpi.lu>.

A digital workshop where participants can exchange comments on drafts will take place on on 18-19 November 2021. The deadline for final drafts will be at the end of February 2022.
