As well as Annual Conferences, ESIL also holds an annual Research Forum, a scholarly event which promotes engagement with research in progress by members of the Society who are early-career scholars.
Previous research fora have been held in Florence (2015), Istanbul (2016), Granada (2017), Jerusalem (2018), Göttingen (2019), Catania (2021), Glasgow (2022), Tartu (2023), and Nicosia (2024).
The next Research Forum will be held in Catania on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 March 2025.
