The CERSA, Research Centre of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), and the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, are organising a series of seminars on select topics in international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement.
International investment law and investor-state dispute settlement are undergoing rapid evolution and change. International investment law is facing some of the biggest challenges in its history and it is the object of various reform efforts. Investor-state dispute settlement remains a complex mechanism, several aspects of which are still debated. The purpose of this series of seminars is to discuss and debate selected topics in international investment law and investment dispute settlement, bringing together academics, practitioners and policymakers in a small international group in Paris.
Session 6 of the series will take place at the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas on Thursday, 27 June 2019 (2-5 pm).
Attendance certificates will be given to participants who would like to receive them. If you would like an attendance certificate, please ask for it on the day of the event.
