The CNRS-CERSA, University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the Law Faculty, University of Zaragoza are organising a webinar and online book launch for Mediation in International Commerce in International Commercial Disputes. The event will be held online on Thursday, 5 November 2020 at 2.00-4:00 (CET).
Until now, the resolution of international commercial and investment disputes has been dominated almost exclusively by international arbitration. But that is changing. Whilst they may be complementary mechanisms, international mediation and conciliation are now coming to the fore.
