Call for Submissions | Trade, Law and Development Journal (Winter 2024)
The Trade, Law and Development Journal is now inviting unpublished manuscripts for publication of its 16th General Issue (Vol. 16 No.1, Winter’24 Issue) based on contemporary developments in world trade, international economic law, cross-border investment, and development, among other inter-related aspects of international law. Submissions are welcome in the form of Articles, Notes, Comments and Book Reviews focusing on the theme “Navigating the Murky Waters of Economic Treaties in International Trade”.
Manuscripts received by October 1, 2024, pertaining to any sub-theme within the purview of challenges faced by international trade, will be reviewed for publication in the Winter ’24 issue.
