ESIL Lecture by Judge Fausto Pocar 

On 5 October 2015, Judge Fausto Pocar, Professor Emeritus of International Law, University of Milan; former President of the ICTY; and former President of the UN Human Rights Committee, will give the Second Memorial Lecture for Professor Vojin Dimitrijević, in Belgrade, at the invitation of the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights.

The topic of Judge Pocar’s lecture will be “Freedom of Movement and the Migration Issue in the European Context.”
