Workshop ‘Relative Authority in Global Governance Balancing Institutions in Comparative Assessments’
How should relative authority be divided in global governance? In search for normative standards, the workshop will discuss who should do what to which extent.
The workshop approaches authority in global governance as relative and asks how it should be divided between institutions and levels of governance. In search for normative standards, it probes separation of powers doctrines, investigating its potentials and also its limits for thinking about relative authority in global governance.
Attendance and registration
The workshop is by invitation only, with a limited number of places. In case of interest, please contact Ingo Venzke.
