The research interests of the Center include private international law, commercial and investment arbitration, contract law and tort law, intellectual property, information technologies and law, competition law, international sales, corporate law, transport law, insurance law and tax law. The Center encourages interdisciplinary research as well as research that interrogates the boundaries and relationships between public law and private law at the global level.

Candidates must have received their Ph.D in the fields of private international law, commercial or investment arbitration, contract law, tort law, intellectual property, information technologies and law, competition law, international sales law, corporate law, transport law, insurance law or tax law within the past 3 years or be near completion of their Ph.D at the time of application.
Applicants should send, in English, their letter of motivation, post-doctoral research proposal,current curriculum vitae and one sample publication as well as three letters of recommendation (in English or in Turkish) by email to nasamer@ku.edu.tr by 31 August 2017.
