In the context of the conference on “Enhancing the Rule of Law in the EU’s External Action“, organised at the University of Granada, Prof. Jan Wouters (Director of Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies, RECONNECT Coordinator) held an ESIL Lecture on the topic: “Enhancing the Rule of Law in Europe and in the World: Mission Impossible?”.

The lecture was held at the University of Granada on Friday 18 March 2022.
