ESIL Membership Validity

IMPORTANT: ESIL Membership is based on the calendar year (1 January to 31 December) and not on a rolling 12-month period. Membership therefore expires on 31 December of the relevant membership year, irrespective of the date on which the member joined or renewed, with the exception of Lifetime Membership.
The membership renewal campaign for the following year begins on 1 November. Accordingly, any new membership purchased, or existing membership renewed, between 1 November and 31 December will be registered for the following calendar year and will be valid from 1 January to 31 December of that year.
For example: a membership purchased or renewed on 15 November 2026 will be a 2027 membership, valid from 1 January to 31 December 2027.

How To Join / Renew Your Membership

To join the Society or renew your membership, go to the online membership platform, select your membership option, click on ‘’proceed to payment’’, log in to your account (or create an account if you are a new member) and follow the instructions.

You can pay by credit card*  or bank transfer.
*Credit card payment activates immediately your ESIL Membership.
