2013 Summer School
The2013 Human Rights Law course (17 – 28 June) includes a general course, “From Human Rights to Cosmopolitan Law”, by Prof. Olivier de Frouville, University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), and a series of specialized courses looking at extraterritorial human rights obligations in international law. There is also a distinguished lecture by Françoise Tulkens, Former Judge and Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights.
The2013 European Union Law course (1 – 12 July) includes a general course, “The New Public Law of Europe”, by Prof. Armin von Bogdandy, Director of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, as well as a series of specialized courses on New Technologies and EU Law. The distinguished lecture is by Koen Lenaerts, Vice-President of the Court of Justice of the European Union and Professor of EU Law at the University of Leuven.
