Prof. Vera Gowlland-Debbas, Emeritus Professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, will give an ESIL lecture entitled “The Evolution of the Charter Concept of Collective Security”.
The lecture will be at the University of Geneva on Tuesday 26 November at 18.15.
