Leiden Seminar Foreign Investment in the Energy Sector
EXPERT SEMINAR ON ‘FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN THE ENERGEY SECTOR’ – 1/2 OCT 2012
Dr. Eric De Brabandere (Grotius Centre, Leiden University) and Dr. Tarcisio Gazzini (VU University Amsterdam) organize the Second Leiden/VU Expert Seminar on the topic ‘Foreign investment in the energy sector: Balancing private and public interests’ on 1/2 October 2012. Speakers include Graham Coop, Joachim Karl, Andrey Konoplyanik, Frederico Lenzerini, Attila Tanzi, Stephan Schill, Makane Mbengue, Yannick Radi, Valentina Vadi, Tarcisio Gazzini and Eric De Brabandere. The Expert Seminar will take place at the Kammerlingh Onnes Building of the Law Faculty of Leiden University (first day) and the Sterrewacht (second day). Attendance is free, but prior registration is necessary (via mail e.de.brabandere@law.leidenuniv.nl).
