Biography:
Ramses A. Wessel is Full Professor and Head of the European Law section at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He is former President of the standing Advisory Committee on Issues of Public International Law (CAVV) of the Netherlands’ government; Editor-in-Chief and founder of the International Organizations Law Review (IOLR); Editor-in-Chief of the Netherlands Yearbook of International Law (NYIL), ESIL Reflections and the European Foreign Affairs Review; and member of the Editorial Boards of European Papers; Europe and the World: A Law Review; Nijhoff Studies in European Union Law; and the CLEER Papers series. Ramses Wessel published on a wide range of issues of international and EU institutional law.
