The election of new Board members will open via an online voting platform at the beginning of the ESIL Annual Conference and will close before the end of the ESIL General Assembly.

All ESIL members will receive a unique link by email to cast their vote anonymously. ESIL does not track or store any personal voting data. The link can be used regardless of the voter’s location (whether in Málaga or elsewhere).

The elections will run from 3 September 2026 at 13:00 (Rome time) until 4 September 2026 at 18:30 (Rome time), enabling members to cast their vote through the online platform.

N.B. Membership renewal throughout August and elections

Please note that the ESIL Secretariat and the European University Institute (EUI) administrative services will be closed from 1 August to 24 August during the summer break. As a result, payments made by bank transfer may not be verified immediately.

If you wish to join or rejoin ESIL and be eligible to vote in the Board elections, we strongly recommend that you pay your membership fee by credit card, as credit card payments are confirmed immediately.

Please remember that only current ESIL members who have paid their 2026 membership fee by 24 August 2026 are eligible to vote.
