University of Portsmouth and EUI Conference: Economic Constitutionalism: ‘Mapping its Contours in European and Global Governance’

The Portsmouth Law School at the University of Portsmouth and the European University Institute (EUI) are organising a 2-day international conference on “Economic Constitutionalism: Mapping its Contours in European and Global Governance”. The conference will be hosted by the EUI in Florence on 14th and 15th June 2018.
The purpose of the conference is to explore the place of the concept of economic constitutionalism within broader constitutional processes in the European and global legal orders, to investigate its function and to evaluate its dynamic and evolutionary nature.
