Call for Engaged Listeners Workshop ‘Self-defence against Non-state Actors’
On 4-5 November 2016 the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law will host the first authors’ workshop of the ‘Max Planck Trialogues on the Law of Peace and War’ in Heidelberg.
The workshop will address the timely topic of self-defence against non-state actors. Numerous experts of the field have confirmed their participation.
Interested participants are cordially invited to reply to the call for engaged listeners in order to participate in the debate (deadline: 3 October 2016).
