The ESIL interest group on International Legal Theory and Philosophy has just launched a call for papers for the 2023 ESIL Annual Conference pre-conference workshop and IG panel-proposal in Aix-en-Provence on “The push and pull of fairness: theoretical approaches to fairness in international law“.
