Professor Marise Cremona, Professor of European Law at the European University Institute, Florence, will give an ESIL lecture entitled “Constitutional Foundations of EU External Relations”, within the context of the Seminar on ‘The European Union’s External Action in Times of Crisis’, which will take place on 28-29 November 2013 in the Granada Faculty of Law.
