The International Association of Economic Law (A.I.D.E), the Research Centre for business law and society, UCLouvain (CRIDES), the Research Centre on the Law of Markets and International Investments (CREDIMI) of the University of Bourgogne Franche-Comté and the University of Liège is organising a webinar on ‘China as an emerging actor?’ The webinar will be held on 27 November 2020.
This research builds on the colloquium on emerging countries and international economic law organised in Dijon on 24 October 2019. The purpose of the webinar is to continue to study the influence of emerging countries from a multidisciplinary perspective. After having explored the general features of this phenomenon, the aim is now to examine the case of a particular country from a political, economic and legal point of view. Three hot topics will be examined. The research undertaken in this webinar will be deepened in a colloquium to be held next year in Brussels.
