The Department of International Law, Law Institute, RUDN University has the honor to invite scholars, practitioners, Ph.D. students, students to participate in the XVIII Blischenko Congress on International Law to be held in Moscow, Russia on April 11, 2020. Annually, more than 600 scholars, UN experts, representatives of international organizations, employees of various ministries and departments, NGOs, the media, legal publishing houses, students and graduate students from more than 50 countries take part in the Congress.
In December 2018, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the resolution A/RES/73/252 declaring 2020 as the International Year of Plant Health (IYPH). In October 2020 the XVIII Blischenko Congress was included in the International Year of Indigenous Languages official events list.
The plenary session of the Congress will be devoted to International Year of Plant Health and current international legal problems. The second part of the Congress will be divided into 15 sessions and 5 round tables, including the round table “Environmental Protection: The Interaction of International and National Law”, where the issues of conservation of biodiversity and plant health will be discussed.
