Global Health Law and Governance: The State of the Art

A panel of experts moderated by Prof. Gian Luca Burci, Legal Counsel at the World Health Organization, will explore the state of affairs in Global Health Law, with a look to the most pressing legal issues in the field and a prognosis for the major health threats of our times, as well as an assessment of where health fits in current trends and development in international law.

This event is co-organised by the LL.M. in Global Health Law and International Institutions (joint programme with Georgetown University) and the Graduate Institute’s Global Health Programme
